Returns & refunds
If you are not satisfied with an item, we offer you the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. Please note that we can only take back unused and undamaged goods. The costs for the return shipment - regardless of whether it is a return or an exchange - are to be borne by you.

For a quick processing of your return or exchange, please enclose the official return form with your order number, your name and the information whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Please return the item(s) to us complete and in the original packaging. Make sure the packaging is secure to avoid damage in transit.

Send the package back to us using a carrier of your choice. We recommend sending it as an insured package with tracking information. Please keep the shipping receipt with the tracking number in a safe place.

Refund
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return. Please note that depending on your bank or payment service provider, it may take longer for the amount to be credited to your account.
